- This is a "rain or shine show." NO rain day (or associated refund) for the May 6 show date
- Set up 6- 8:30a.m (booth must be complete by 8:30). & please do not begin booth teardown prior to 4:00 p.m.
- Requests for specific booth locations will be considered on a first come, first served basis. Every attempt is made to accommodate your specific booth request, but we cannot guarantee spaces.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents or booth coverings as well as tables and chairs. Booths and coverings should not exceed space allotted and may not block frontal view or infringe on your adjoining booth(s).
